Our client is a reputable local SaaS platform provider aiming to facilitate digital information transmission - catering to enterprises across various industries such as Banking, Agriculture, Mining and Shipping sector, among others. They have demonstrated solid track record for local sales and realize their potential for international growth - currently looking for a VP of Global Sales to scale global sales activities.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies - develop SOP for global sales and build a sales team as operations expandAccountable for customer acquisition and retention across the regionIdentify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand company's client portfolio in international regionsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, cross and up-selling features to contribute to company's pipeline and growthCollaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment and to further achieve business objectives such as Product, Marketing, Customer Success and local Sales teamMonitor sales performance metrics and update senior management for internal alignment within the companyProvide feedback and recommendations to improve sales processes and methodologies - improving effectiveness and efficiency of strategies implemented

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree at any relevant field from a reputable University (Business Management, Marketing, Communications, etc.)At least 5 years of professional experience within B2B Enterprise Sales or Partnership roles within the Tech industryStrong understanding of Software Sales processes and GTM StrategiesSelf-starter, strong analytical and problem solving skills - able to work independently to kick-start operations and cover activities of global marketsExcellent communication, presentation and leadership skills - ability to inspire and motivate teams across international markets
